This ISAF / World sailing course combines the knowledge of Offshore Safety with the skills of the Sea Survival Days.
Unique to the Netherlands, we also offer a one day refresher course. 

Topics include:
- Global weather patterns and tropical revolving storms. 
- bad weather prep
- care and maintenance for stormsails
- how to give asisstance, ask for assistance and accept assistance
- man over board procedures
- basic first aid refresher
- and much more

The ISAF / World Sailing rules:
- ISAF MoMu 0 races (oceanic crossings) ; every crewmember 
- ISAF MoMu 1 or 2 ; skipper and minimum 30% of crew (minimum of two persons)
