The Dutch Inland Waterways are wonderfully diverse. From quiet lakes to fast flowing curvy rivers. From shallow canals to very busy commercial waterways. If you know the basics, it is all very predictable but without these skills a nice trip can end in an unexpected way. We consider us lucky to be able to train in a region which has it all!
The RYA two days Inland Waterways course is a great start of your career as a skipper. We start with the basics of boathandling, ropework and the rules and habits of the waterways. With a maximum of three students per boat you will have plenty of time behind the wheel and on deck.
We regularly send out a newsletter with possible dates.
For groups of three people we can add a course to the calendar specific for your needs.
Our Inland Waterways training in The Netherlands starts in Amsterdam. Please note that the Amsterdam address is for the marina, it is not a visiting address.
