SRC marine radio course
Fully valid in The Netherlands as a replacement for the Dutch Basiscertificaat marifonie.
We run fully English spoken VHF / marifoon courses.
The marifoon exam is also in English.
1 Day training, including the exam. Locations throughout the Netherlands. For groups of 6 we can organise a VHF course on your location.

Marine Diesel course
One day training, to save your trip!
Find and fix the most common faults on a marine diesel engine: a clogged fuel filter, a worn impeller pump or a slipping or worn belt. pomp wisselen bijvoorbeeld.

Raymarine College
Topics: cleaning up charts, filtering AIS, route planning and alteration, basic use of RADAR for collision avoidance, updating and much more.
(This training is not a part of our RYA Recognision)
Focus is on the use of a Raymarine Axiom nautical plotter to plan and execute safe passages. Raymarine supplies a screen for you to utilize your new skills during the training.

Sea Survival: 1 day with swimming pool.
Offshore Safety: 1 day Seamanship training.

Radar for small craft
1 Day training in the use of modern radar systems on small craft and leisure boats.
A RADAR can improve the safe navigation of ships during fog, but also during rain, on open water en when looking into a low sun.
Easy to use, but with many options in the menu this one day training shows you how to get the most from a yachting radar.
(Not valid as a substitute for commercial ships radar in the Netherlands)

RYA training in The Netherlands
The British Royal Yacht Association (RYA) is known for its practical approach to improving skipper and crew skills. AquaPlanning has been a Recognised Training Centre since 2004.
The website is being translated to English at moment, this can take a while. The booking system is up and running.
