Do you need a Dutch "Basiscertificaat"? The The RYA Short Range Certificate is valid as the basiscertificaat voor de binnenvaart and is fully in English. . Partly because of the equipment that you can use: VHF radio, EPIRBs and SARTs but also because of the hands-on training. We introduced this course in The Netherlands in 2004 and have trained hundreds of watersports enthousiasts.
Included in the price is: interactive online preparation course, paperbook, full day of tuition.
Not included is the exam fee of 70 British pounds. One day, maximum 12 participants.
