Emergency Staging onboard
A realistically staged emergency during crew members training greatly increases the change of the right response during a real emergency. We can repeat an exercise exactly, or even increase or decrease the size of the emergency. This enables a good firefighter trainer to steer the choices crewmembers make. ,
Because fires initially grow exponentially the first choices can be crucial. Do you choose a fast response with a fire extinguisher or do you don full firefighting gear? While the firefighting gear gives you good protection, during the time it takes to muster the fire may have grown out of hand. Our staging experience allows us to size emergency's up- and down at the wish of the trainer.
There are several options:
Option 1: Purchase FireWare products. With their decade long experience they know how to set the stage. You are welcome to visit our showroom in Wieringwerf, a short drive from Amsterdam Schiphol Airport.
Option 2: Get the most from your FireWare equipment by following a staging training. Three different levels, one day each.
Option 3: Rent FireWare equipment for those once in a while larger exercises, such as a whole ship on fire in a marine or wharf.
Option 4: Staging onboard by our specialists.
Option 5: Staging onboard + specialized FireFighting training onboard, to complement an STCW Basic Safety or Advanced Fire Fighting training.
